I dont know where to start or find one perfect word to describe the experience (as many could be used). Staying here over the weekend for a hockey tournament, there were endless complaints from numerous families (3 teams in all on 3 floors) about the rooms from cockroaches, blood stained linens, broken showers and faucets, terrible housekeeping, missing items, moldy... more

There were a few good things about this resort. My three year old daughter absolutely loved the kiddie pool and in the mornings, the park seemed to be pretty empty. Also, as opposed to a lot of other people's comments, the staff was very friendly. My daughter also loved the fort with bunk beds and tv in our kid's suite.... more

This was the family’s third stay at fort rapids, the first as a NON-Holiday Inn property. It will also go down as our last stay at this hotel. The water park is great, kids loved it. We really enjoyed the waterpark. But customer service was not that great. The waterpark was everything my family excepted and then some more. But the customer service for the hotel it self was not that great. We will return to the waterpark, but the hotel it self we are reserved about staying there. the waterpark itself is decent but thats where the fun ended. we stayed in the tower and it reeked of left over holiday inn decor, room was very dirty, no attention to detail --room directory was torn and incomplete, coffee maker had no coffee pot, no tissues in the bathroom or room itself, temperature control unit was in disarry, elevators... more

Absolutely in no way shape or form should anyone ever stay at this hotel... EVER. If you're here for the water park, come during the day and then go back to a different hotel to stay. The customer service in every single department in HORRIBLE. I can not fathom how they even are still open and running a business here.... more
