As a seasoned traveller having stayed in many guest houses this has to be the gem of them all. The hosts are very helpfull and made us feel very welcome, I cannot recommend the the Windover enough. The house is absolutely fabulous and a real treat in every way. Spotlessly clean and had a lovely feel about it. We stayed... more

This was the first Bed and Breakfast I had ever been to and I have to leave a glowing review. The wrap around porch is a beautiful, peaceful place that is great for drinking coffee and reading or visiting. The grounds are not fancy, but there are places to go to swing in a hammock or sit out by the... more

We stayed at this B&B after reading reviews on Trip Advisor so I wanted to write in and share our experience at the Windover Inn. The owners are really sweet and our room (The pacific suite) was very nice. The whirlpool jet tub in the room constantly drains so we only used that one night, but otherwise everything was great.... more

This is absolutly great B&B, we would recommend to anyone looking for a B&B to stay, The Inn keepers Glenn and Jen were just super they bent over backwards to meet our schedule. We had some early morning commitments which were before the breakfast servings and they accomadated us with breakfast in our room. The room was outstandind with a... more

We only had one night available to go somewhere for our anniversay, so we wanted to stay somewhere that would really feel like we were getting away from everything. The Windover was great! We stayed in a suite which was really nice and we loved the jacuzzi tub in the room. In the morning we had breakfast served to us... more

We were looking to visit the Biltmore House in Asheville over the Thanksgiving weekend, but we only wanted to stay for one night. We found the Windover Inn, which is about 25 minutes from Asheville to be the perfect spot. We were only there the one night, but our room was really nice - loved the 2 person jacuzzi tub!... more

We found this super place last summer when we were looking for somewhere to escape the heat. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to go back again this year. The setting is marvelous, just a few minutes from Main Street (you could walk if you don't mind hills) but when you're sitting on the huge front porch it... more

We selected this inn with the aid of Trip Advisor reviews. The innkepers Pam and Jeff are totally dedicated to their enterprise. It seems they deigned it with the guests in mind. We loved the upstairs hall sideboard set up with coffee/tea cookies, plates, napkins, spoons, etc. Breakfast was superb--they responded to our request for eggs and we were thrilled... more

I honestly cannot say enough about this B&B, except that it is one of the finest I have stayed in. My fiancee and I have traveled to many locations and stayed in many B&Bs during those travels. While almost all of them have been nice in one way or another, this B&B just about tops them all! Jeff and Pam... more

Joanne and I did a vacation tour of Western NC and Eastern TN. Jeff and Pam, the innkeepers, are super nice people. Their inn is centrally located and the inn is impeccable. All the rooms have been completely redone and retained the beauty of the home's original time frame. The town of Waynesville is something out of the Huck Finn... more
