One word BEDBUGS !!! I woke up scratching and had one attached to me, was informed by their insurance company the exterminator said it was bedbugs... has been 3 wks and their insurance company has not responded back... more

This hotel was offering a $10 promotional discount. My reservation confirmation shows the 49.95 daily rate reduced to 47.95 for my five day stay. The room with kitchenette was OK for the price but was ill equipped in having only one drinking glass and one spoon. I dont know where to begin! This place is a dump, but is cheap! The bed was as hard as concrete so I am exhausted rather than well rested after our visit to Raleigh.
