I was disappointed to find out that this property had been sold – it had always been my favourite inexpensive hotel for shopping trips. The hotel is on Freeman drive off Transit Road, but there was construction at the intersection so I had to go through the parking lot of a restaurant to get to the hotel. I was surprised when I called Marriott Fairfield Inn and they answered "Motel 6" Now, I have always felt that this Fairfield Inn was starting to run down.
