You can't get that excited about a Motel 6. The rooms were clean and very nicely decorated, I must say. Beds were pretty comfortable too. There was renovation in the lobby but this didn't bother us much. There wasn't any noise or anything to wake us up. The area that this hotel is in is pretty nice for food and... more

We stayed at the Motel 6 overnight before an early morning flight out of Buffalo Niagara International airport. We had attempted to book a hotel that offered a park and fly package, but the rates were outrageous - it was cheaper to book the motel separately and pay for parking at the airport using a 10% off coupon located on... more

I was disappointed to find out that this property had been sold – it had always been my favourite inexpensive hotel for shopping trips. My family of four decided to try the Motel 6 for one night and while the stay was OK it was definitely no frills - not even close to the amenities of the former Fairfield Inn.... more

The hotel is on Freeman drive off Transit Road, but there was construction at the intersection so I had to go through the parking lot of a restaurant to get to the hotel. There are Ramada Inn and Microtel Inn just next to the Motel 6, which is at the end. As some earlier reviews said, the lobby is behind... more

I was surprised when I called Marriott Fairfield Inn and they answered "Motel 6" Now, I have always felt that this Fairfield Inn was starting to run down. It also is located in a row of 3 Motels that are seedy at best. That being said, the Fairfield Inn was OK, close to Airport and usually available. All has changed... more

We got the room for $60 on priceline so we weren't expecting much. It was small, but pretty clean. There was no sink in the bathroom. The sink/vanity was just outside the bathroom. more

Bad news! We knew when we pulled into the parking lot that this was a BIG mistake! It was too late in the day to change reservations and we did not know of any other hotel available, so we stayed one night -15 hours. The rooms were small, dark, dirty. I did not dare to walk in the room without... more

It's too bad how one (in this case two) people can ruin the reputation of an entire hotel chain. We experienced the worst customer service from the general manager and a young man at the front desk (everyone else was polite and pleasant). The attitude and disrespect was incredible, which is why they lost our patronage. I can't believe there... more

I arrived at the hotel (it's actually more like a motel) late at night. As a female, traveling alone, I was dismayed to find no parking remotely close to the lobby for check in. There is nowhere to pull over, temporarily or otherwise. Had to park in the rear of the hotel and walk - in the rain - to... more

We needed an overnight stay while enroute to a funeral in Michigan. THe Fairfield Inn/Williamsville was a good stop. We were alittle disappointed in the size of the room, for the price that we were paying for it: $144.00 per night. I appreciate that ALL the rooms at the Fairfield Inn are now Non-Smoking..however, the room we were assigned had... more
