The rooms are a little small but there clean. The staff are nice..free breakfast cable and hbo. Not a luxery hotel but simple and cheap..Queen size beds, a safe and mini fridge and coffee pot and microwave in your room. No elevator but only has two floors. They allow pets for 10 bucks extra. I got the privalage of seeing... more

Calling the motel to make a reservation was a delight, talking to a very helpful young woman. Expectations were high, and quickly dashed. The rooms were very plain, the towels scratchy, the odor of the nonsmoking room that of one that had been a smoking room in the not to distant past. Staff is excellent, the building and decor very... more

If you can, avoid this hotel. The rooms are grotty, the beds uncomfortable, the airconditioners noisy, the breakfast unspeakable. All this for $94 (plus taxes). Nothing would persuade me to go back to this place again. It has no redeeming features. more

We ended up here only after our original plans went bad, (Best Western Carriage House....dirty towels and dirty room). However this did not turn out to be any better and my husband did not want to move again. We were stuck here three nights and it was not a pleasant experience. The room was filthy and very small, Housekeeping offered... more

We were thankfully only staying one night. The room was very small and dingy. It wasn't dirty but it needed some cosmetic repairs. While we stayed there it snowed and they did not even shovel or salt the parking lot. The front desk personnel were nice but I would not recommend staying there. Definitely not worth the $70 we paid... more

I went to this hotel after making the mistake of booking a room at the New Parrot motel which was horrific. These folks were very accommodating and while the hotel is not extremely fancy the room was quiet and comfotable and I enjoyed my evening very much. They saved my trip from being an awful expereince to a very pleasant... more

A dingy terrible place with surly staff and really poor customer service. I would never go back to this awful place. There were no other rooms available in Watertown on the night in question. We should have slept in the car. more
