My Mom and I stayed here for a girl's weekend in the Hamptons. The location is great and the grounds are well maintained. We usually stay at the Southampton Inn but they wanted $400 per night on the weekend. (This is almost double from last year!) This small motel is about 5-10 minutes' walking distance from Main Street in Southampton, and maybe 10-15 minutes' walking distance from the LIRR stop. This is a typical motel with no amenities other than a very nice sitting area outside each room, and a very nice landscaped area with tables and umbrellas.
