this is an older but very well maintained property ideally located in the center of town. it was a very pleasant walk to many fine restaurants and shops. the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. they steered us to the best places in town. we would reccomend this property to anyone interested in value, cleanliness, friendliness and location. more

After reading reviews of this property, were weren't expecting much at all. It was the last weekend of the Racing season( and Labor Day) and hotel rooms were outrageously priced from $ 250 and up (if you could even get one). We frequent Saratoga during the racing season every year and usually stay at a rented house. This year that... more

My parents booked this room for a conference that my mother had to attend in Saratoga Springs. I live closer to Saratoga than my hometown, so I drove up to visit them. The room was small, but upon first sight looked clean enough. There was a fridge, a microwave, and a small table with chairs. They had booked a room... more

I have never been so disgusted by a hotel. I wasn't expecting much; however, this hotel still managed to fall way below my expectations. The walls were entirely too thin, which became painfully obvious in the middle of the night. My sheets were stained and dirty and I found bugs in my bed. I was in town for a conference,... more

My friend booked a room here for a night and I have no idea how they justify the $169/night. We had no hot water, there was garbage under the bed, the door handle to the bathroom was literally falling off, there were several sizeable cracks in the porcelian tiles in the bathroom and the decor of the room certainly was... more

Stayed at the Community Court in downtown Saratoga Springs over 8/11 weekend. Can walk to the track, downtown resturants and bars.. Spent very little time in the hotel. Only to sleep. This is basic stuff, not where I'd bring my wife for a week but again, for a horse track weekend, can't beat location and price. more

I found the operators personable and very helpful. The room was good for a middle of the line motel. The facility is old but in good condition overall. There are cosmetic things but I definitely got my moneys worth. more

We use to stay here every year but it's gotten worse the last few years. The rooms don't smell that nice, the toilet doesn't flush that great and the water takes 10 minutes to get hot! We had friends stay a few rooms down from us and they had the same problems. The staff is nice but the price is... more

What was supposed to be a nice weekend away in Saratoga Springs started with the meeting with the most unpleasant front desk clerk I have ever encountered. Then came the room. The room was small, smelled of mold/mildew? the decor was less than plaseing to the eye, but if puke colored walls are your cup of tea, I would definitely... more
