We have stayed at this hotel in years past but this time we noticed a steep decline in the property. Carpets dirty, phone box hanging out of the wall, radio alarm did not work, lamp broken, lightbulbs out, lobby always smoky, elevator shook as it moved. The staff at the Wellesley Inn was both rude and indifferent. I was not happy when I arrived and discovered that there was a problem with my online reservation.
