We stayed at this Residence Inn for cross-border shopping. It was well located off of the expressway and easy to find. However, it is not located in a shoppping area if that what you are looking for. The apartment we stayed in was a two level room which was quite nice. Full Kitchen facilities two bathrooms, living rooom area and... more

I stayed at the Residence in on business for 2 weeks. My first impression was good for the first few days. When I arrived at the airport the front desk sent the hotel van to pick me up within 20 min of my call. I was checked in very quickly and my room was very comfortable and clean( I was... more

This property is on a main road with plenty of eating establishments nearby. So the fact that there was no on-site dining was OK. The 'Cottages' were a little old and a bit worn looking. I recommend staying in the newer building known as the 'The Tower'. These rooms (suites) were very clean and have kitchens with dishwasher, fridge, microwae... more

We stayed at this property for a week. First of all if you have small children the 2 bedroom 'penthouse' is a very bad idea! The bed in the loft is butted up against a half wall that overlooks the living room on the fist level. Needless to say my 2 year old thought it looked like great fun to... more

Watch out, this property was not originally a residence inn. Our family has stayed at many residence inns and have always had positive experiences. the majority of the rooms on this property are set up like little condos, the smell of mold is overwhelming when we entered the room and the carpets were threadbare and dirty. there is a separate... more

I stayed here 1 night on business. With fellow co workers we booked a pent house loft suite. The room was huge with a loft and bathroom upstairs, downstairs had a bedroom w/ bath- kitchen area and living area w/ a fireplace. There were stains on the rug at bottom of stairs but room appeared clean. The toilet ran most... more

My wife and I drove up from KY for a anniversary party and 80th birthday party. We got to our room after being in the car for 10 hours. Both my wife and I smoke. We changed our clothes and went out to get something to eat. We then returned and went to bed. The next day/evening was the party.... more

My colleague & I stayed here for 3 nights. There were little bugs in the sink, the toilet had stains in it and the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned. During breakfast after the first night, he asked me if my toilet was dirty. apparently his was even more disgusting than mine. We complained to the front desk... more

This has got to be the first Residence Inn from about 1972 and they haven't renovated it since. I never had a light bulb in my bathroom all week. Wouldn't housekeeping notice when they cleaned in there . . .or did they? There is a ton of black mold around the vent in the ceiling and the room reaked of... more

Currently the hotel is going through a lot of renovation to the lobby / dining areas. Basically, its a big construction project and you get to have your breakfast in the GMs office which is now a temporary dining area. On the whole, I would probably stay somewhere else until construction is over. Beyond that, its your basic Residence Inn... more
