Seriously? Did I seriously pay $200 a night to stay here? There's got to be better options in this area. The only thing this place has going for it is the free continental breakfast in the morning. First of all, I've never experienced such noise problems in a hotel before. Every time someone opened a door anywhere in the hotel,... more

We were attending a wedding and this hotel was recommended by the bride and groom. The front desk was friendly upon check-in. The room was standard although it did not have a microwave or a fridge. It was quiet during the day. At 11:30 PM the minivans returned from the nearby catering hall. We expected some noise in the hallway,... more

We stayed at this Best Western for three nights to attend a wedding in the area. I booked two rooms for four people directly through the hotel to get the special rate that was offered for the wedding ($129/night). I requested them both to be non-smoking rooms, which was granted. I also asked for one room to be handicap accessible,... more

Initial opinion - looks nice, but, I was surprised when personell complains about other customers who they assisted before me. which puts you in an awkward position. First floor the most noise, No heat, TV broken, Scent is ok in rooms, decor below average. Gat location if you are looking to get to the outlets, and a + is the... more

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights for a family get together and a day at splish splash. The hotel is okay for what else is around and the pool was great, nice and big and warm. The rooms were adaquate for a Best Wetern but not much else to rave about. The restaurant was a little on the high... more

We drove out of our way to stay in what we thought would be a decent hotel. It was anything but that. Toilet didn't flush. Hot and Cold water reversed in shower. Hotel is somewhat worn and in need of an update. Carpets, beds, linens and pillows seemed old. some peeling wallpaper and chipped paint throughout . Even dead flowers... more

My wife and I stayed at the Best Western in Riverhead this past weekend to attend a wedding in Westhampton. The $189 nightly rate was the supposed "special rate" for those attending the wedding. Having read the reviews on Trip Advisor, I was prepared for a less than stellar stay and the hotel did, in fact, disappoint in almost all... more

This hotel had the thinnest walls I have ever encountered! I couldn't tell if people were really that loud or if the walls were paper thin. Probably a combination. I complained twice about the noise to the front desk and they said security was notified and told the people to be quiet, but I never heard security do anything. If... more

Easy access to LIE and outlets is the only perk of this basic hotel. The women at the desk pretended to help us when we asked. It would have been nice if they just said, "We can't do that." The room itself was as expected in this kind of hotel; clean beds, tv, desk. I just can't believe why hotels... more
