No way, ever again will we stay at this hotel. If you have allergies, asthma or just want to breathe, take our advice and stay away. We requested a non-smoking room. There was nothing even remotely non-smoking about this room. Also, it had some other sort of weird odor that lingered on our clothes and suitcase. We have yet to... more

We have stayed here a number of times, and because a business associate loves the motel, will undoubtedly stay here again. If you are staying in Binghamton because of access to SUNY, you will be less than ten minutes away. The motel is adequate. The last time there our room had a number of problems: the door would not close... more

There are many hotels within a few miles of this property that are much better than this. Just book one of them, and don't waste your time with this one. The staff is surly and unhelpful, and don't know or don't care about about how to deliver customer service. The place still has the lingering smell of many many years... more

This is a nice hotel, and the rates are good compared to others in the area. It has a continental breakfast, business room w/2 computers, complimentary USA today at the front desk, a lounge on 1st floor for cocktails. Rooms are OK, nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable for business travel. You get privileges to use the gym behind the... more

I had a good experience with a Best Western in Queens, NY a few years ago, so I booked a room for two nights (Saturday and Sunday) at this hotel. The room was nice. It had a refrigerator, microwave and high speed internet access. But, the downside was overwhelming. I, a recently widowed elderly woman, was given the room directly... more

We were passing through, as all we were expecting was a simple but clean overnight stay. I would not go so far as to say the stay was terrible, BUT, it sure was not anywhere near what I would expect. The statement made from back in April they say they have undergone a massive rennovation project just a few years... more

The hotel advertised an olympic sized swimming pool, hot tub, and a lounge. First of all, the pool and hot tub were at a club across the parking lot which gives privileges to the hotel. This was fine, except their pool was tiny and cloudy, and the women's whirlpool (in the locker room) was out of service. The lounge (bar)... more

Stayed here with some teens who were involved in competition. Full (double) beds sagged in the center; the whole place had a "dumpy" feel. On Saturday morning, I was unable to take a warm shower because there was no hot water. As I waited at the front desk to complain, another woman was making the same complaint. The desk clerk... more

The Best Western was far from the "bes"t in Johnson City. My girlfriend and I had rented an "overnight" stay for a christening in the same town. Our room was clean (King size bedroom 4th floor) and presented well. When I went to use the microwave that was included in the room it was missing (microwave included in room). Also... more
