Our room was nice enough, but the service was not that great. We stayed 4 nights, and our sheets were never changed, and although the beds were made, the sheets were left rumpled. On two occasions, the coffee maker was not cleaned, we received no clean cups or glasses, and the bathroom counters were never cleaned while we were there.... more

The hotel is in the heart of Jamestown and seemingly had all the amenities. At the price we paid, we should have received some type of continental breakfast or something. The staff was nice enough, however they did not seem to really care how are stay was. The grounds were fair, the inside of the hotel seemed to be in... more

We picked this hotel because it was on the route we were traveling and it was available, others were full as there was a hocky game and a skate competition scheduled for the weekend. Check in was quick and friendly. The room, beds and bathroom were clean. We ordered room service, which was a little pricey, but the portions were... more

My husband & I stayed at the hotel while in town for a hockey game at the Jamestown Savings Bank Arena. Great location. We were able to walk to the game, even though it was snowing...only 2 1/2 blocks away. Room was spotless. The bed was one of the most comfortable "hotel" beds that I've ever slept in and we... more

Rather a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn. Very well located. Staff was very nice, and accomodating. Parking was a breeze and free. Would return. Bought room on priceline for $75. Room was clean and more than I expected for the price. more

We stayed at this hotel last weekend for The Lucille Ball Birthday Celebration. The hotel has the best location for this event! You can walk to just about everything for the events. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room itself was average, but in need of a little TLC. The food in the restaurant in the hotel is below... more

I've stayed at the Holiday Inn Jamestown several times because I have family in the area, but I only stay there when all the other hotels are booked. The rooms are clean and comfortable enough, but the hotel always seems understaffed. There are long waits at the front desk, and if there are any problems it will take a long... more

We stayed one night at the Holiday Inn in Jamestown, and it was just OK to average. Front desk clerk did only the minimum and did not tell us of the option of parking in the garage if no parking place could be found on the small lot... NOR did she give us a parking pass. It was only when... more

I grew up in Jamestown and have since lived in a much larger city for many years. I often return to Jamestown to visit relatives. When I stay at the HI, I always get a suite. I must say, it's very nice and sizeable considering the prices we're used to paying. They also allow us to bring along our dog... more

I enjoyed my stay at the holiday Inn during a number of business trips this past year. The room was clean and the staff were very accomodating. I was lent an umbrella one night and helped to find a parking space during a snow storm. It will be nice when they finish the parking garage. For gay travelers Jamestown use... more
