I have stayed at many Ithaca hotels and although the Econo Lodge has many fine qualities. I have stayed at the Statler, the Marriott's Courtyard, the Hampton Inn, La Tourelle, the Hilton Garden and the Best Western. Had a reservation held, but the service agent who took my reservation told me the wrong cancellation time. I tried to cancel the reservation in the time I was told, and was then told that it was too late. So they charged me for a day that I never stayed there.
