I don't know where to start! Everything from check in to check out was a disaster. The Hotel definitely shows its age and is in desperate need of remodeling. Seldom did the (2) elevators operate. Hotel is showing its age. Room doors are pealing, you need to push and pull door shut to close. It is a non smoking hotel but people smoke in stairwells to avoid outside which stinks up the halls. This is a superb Marriott. I stayed here a week on business and was pleased with everything. The staff is helpful, everything is spotlessly clean, rooms in great condition. Spent one night here. Nice facility. Plenty of parking and very convenient to LIE-495. Room was clean, comfortable, and adequate size. Staff was polite, helpful, and efficient. Restaurant had convenient hours and the food was fine. Certainly one of the better hotels in this area. I would return. more
