The location is great. Took a car from Laguardia that dropped me right at the hotel. There is a water taxi stop just a few short yards from the hotel which made it easy to get into Manhattan. The Hyatt is right across from Exchange Place PATH Station (4 min from World Trade Center). Trains generally run every 10-15 min during the day and 30 min off peak.
