The bedding had stains and crumbs. The carpet had bumps that needed to be stretched out. Overall the hotel was not clean or well maintained. Managers were never available, must be handling many similar problems. more

I upgraded our room for an extra $35.00 to a suite. It was gorgous , it had windows all around. The view of Reno was breathtaking. Make sure to stay in the towers not in the court yard. The towers are connected to the casino. more
