Great hotel if you are not wanting to stay at a Casino hotel while in Reno. Rooms are spacious & very clean. Staff is great!!! Good value in comparison to other non-casino properties in Reno; the breakfast and room size etc. Definately would return here. more

First of all let me say that this hotel is VERY clean and new, and housekeeping is very friendly and nice. It is a family friendly place, mostly decent looking people staying at this hotel. The pool is closed but the hot tub is open, there is also a tennis/basketball court near the pool area. Now the problems. There was... more

This is pretty decent hotel with suites. My kids prefer suite room when traveling. It's more fun for them when they have their own room. The hotel is quite far away from casinos, which is good for family travel. It looks more like an apartment complex rather than hotel. The rooms are smaller than we'd expected. It's difficult for small... more

first time to stay after getting frustrated with rising costs at other hotels in Reno....the Residence Inn Reno exceeded my expectations and the staff treated us well. It was clear they are trying to build a clientele. The staff were friendly and were very quick at check-in. Our 2 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor are within the standards of... more

When the AC came on it was so loud it would wake up up. Laying in bed the vent was directed to ur face and that added to the wake up. I tried setting the fan to CONT but that was just one cont noize. Would have gone and asked for another room but who wants to do that a... more

We stayed here April 1 - 4th 2007. We have a young daughter, so the suites were ideal. The hotel provided a crib and bedding free, and there was plenty of room in the suite for all of us. It is a great location, close to the 395, so Tahoe, Reno, Virginia City and shopping at the Summit were close... more

We stayed at the Residence Inn for one night on Jan. 1, 2007. We are a family of five and stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Each bedroom has 1 queen bed and there is a sofa sleeper in living area. TV in each bedroom and living area. Full bath connected to each bedroom. Small kitchen fully equipped. Hotel is... more

I travel frequently on business. I really like Residence Inn's. They are more like home than most hotels. The older Res Inn's tend to be the type where there are multiple buildings each with several Units with outside entrances to each unit. The newer Res Inn's have interior hallways. This is a newer property. Front desk personnel at check-in very... more

We were in Reno for a friend's wedding and couldn't get a hotel room downtown! Well, we were glad that we didn't. The residence in is about 10 minutes from downtown Reno, in a more residential area. The rooms are like suites. Kitchen included, great grounds, and great breakfast included in the price. We had oatmeal, belgian waffles, eggs, bagels,... more

Spent three nights at the Residence Inn during two huge events, Reno Rodeo and the Girls Volleyball Tournament. Located in the sprawling southern Reno area, convenient to shopping and dining with a Smith's grocery nearby to stock up. Easy on and off the freeway. Had the great complimentary breakfast one morning because otherwise we were off and on the road... more
