My husband, six year old son and I stayed here for one night as a waystation on our way to Lake Tahoe. The hotel is in an industrial park off the highway but there was no road noise. You will need a car if you want to go to any of the casinos or restaurants and shopping. There is a... more

First the downside: location. This property is a 15-minute drive on the highway from downtown Reno. If you are coming to town to gamble a the downtown casinos (Harrah's, Silver Legacy, El Dorado, Circus Circus, etc.), you may want to choose another location that's more convenient. The nearer casinos are Peppermill and Atlantis, but even those are a 10-minute drive... more

We usually stay at the Hyatt Regency in Incline Village but had to pickup our friend at the Reno Airport. I checked the reviews & decided to try the Hampton. My husband & I have stayed at Hampton Inns in the past & they were just OK. I have to say that our experience was just wonderful. The staff was... more

We were very disappointed with our visit here! The front desk were sour-faced and unhelpful at check-in and check-out. We had hair in our drain which is a signal for us to NEVER come back. The hotel is way out of the way as well & nothing around to eat. Free Breakfast left a lot to be desired as well... more

I am very disaapointed to hear that your stay was anything less than satisfactory. I sincerely apologize that we did not provide the service that we have been known for. I would like the opportunity to discuss the issues that you had at the hotel and hopefully rectify them in a manner that is satisfactory to you. I certainly hope...

What a wonderful stay! Sparkling new neighborhood. Easy parking, friendly staff, easy check-in, clean spacious rooms, Heavenly bed & linens, free breakfast with delicious coffee. The only criticism is that the walls/floors could have better soundproofing. AARP rate provided best rate. more

We used to stay in the usual Reno casino hotels when we went skiing, but now that we've stayed at this Hampton Inn, we're through with the casino hotels. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Parking is plentiful and it's a quick trip from the parking lot to the room (unlike casino hotels). Great being in Reno without all the... more

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights last month. It's just over a year old, so the rooms and property are in great shape. The hotel is located in an industrial/commercial area of Reno, far away from casinos and downtown. We asked about shuttles, but the counter people said they're "Working on that, it... more

Sept. 7th 2007, Bunson, Yorkshire, United Kingdom Having been travelling for nearly twenty hours my family were impressed from the moment we stepped into our room. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were to die for - definately the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The staff were efficient and polite and the breakfast was more than adequate.... more
