We booked a night at the Atlantis in Reno through Priceline. When we got there and drove around for about 10 minutes looking for a parking space in a massive parking lot completely maxed out with cars, it turned out that what they booked us in was the motel across the parking lot that is part of the Atlantis hotel... more

We chose the Atlantis because they allow pets. Mind you, only in the "Motor Lodge" section... which is a 1960's motel. O.K., I am glad that there is someplace that accepts well behaved dogs. I am sure that better hotels do not allow them because they have had problems with pet damage. About the hotel: Rooms were 1988 floral style... more

I stayed at the Atlantis a few years ago and it was fine. I have to say that hotel conditions and the customer service have made it one of the worst places to stay. Here is a short list of things I encountered during my stay: 1. The remote control for the television did not work. I had to call... more

I recently stayed at the Atlantis on business, one week in late May and another week in June. The hotel staff was efficient and the rooms were clean. The first stay I stayed in the Luxury Tower on the 16th floor. The room was very large, as was the bathroom. The room even a sofa in it and the bed... more

We stayed four nights at the Atlantis and were surprised to be booked in a suite. We booked through Trip.res.com for $39 a night so we were not expecting a suite. The room was great, the buffet was good, the slot were bad to me but good to my wife, the pool area is very nice also. We went downtown... more

Our 4th year at the Atlantis with our golf group. This year, as in past years the service was good. As for ssome of the previous regarding hotel condition and service, I do not see it. The Atlantis is always clean and up to date. My room was fine and made up each day. No problems there. Once again, the... more

There are different room types and different pricing levels for this hotel. I am thinking perhaps some of the negative reviews must have been for the cheapest rooms, because our room was absolutely fine. I paid $68 for a room in the Dolphin Tower (got the rate on the hotel website) and the room (as you can see in these... more

After having been in this hotel in 2000 and having read not such great reviews on this side I was happy to find out that this is still a great place. Friendly staff, great room, perfect spa and very nice casino. According to the Reno locals this is the best casino in town! The crab and steak buffet was great... more

This used to be quite a nice place, but it seems as though the ravages of time and neglect are taking its toll. I stayed in a tower room, the bedspread looked as though it had not been cleaned in years, the sheets were threadbare. The carpet had a huge stain in the middle of the room and the furnishings... more

I was shocked by some of the reviews of the Atlantis because I have stayed here many times in the past without issue. When Atlantis became one of the larger facilities in Reno they outgrew their service. I made reservations, gave a deposit, even called the day of reservation. We were running late so I called yet again. Of course... more
