I just got back from a three night stay at the Peppermill Casino resort in Reno. I wasn't expecting much as I usually go to Las Vegas and stay at the Wynn, Bellagio or the Mirage (three great hotels) Much to my surprise the Peppermill was fantastic. The Tuscan tower rooms are first class. Huge bathrooms with bubble soaker tubs,... more

My wife and I stayed at the Peppermill from September 18 - 21, 2008. I originally booked the hotel, but about a week before our stay, I got notice from the hotel that they would give us three free nights’ stay and $50 dollars in free slot machine play if we stayed at the hotel. It just so happens that... more

We booked our room several months in advance. We took the Peppermill shuttle from the airport, no airconditioning. It was warm to say the least. We had requested a non-smoking room since we are both allergic to smoke and thought the room may be too much of a smell. When we arrived, there was complete confusion at the check in,... more

I wanted to surprise my husband with a special place for his birthday, so I did the research on rates and rooms of all the bigger hotels in Reno. I had stayed at the Peppermill before, and checked it out. They had great prices for the regular rooms, so I called regarding the larger suites. What a deal! I booked... more

We visit Reno often because we have family there. We aren't gamblers, but we like to stay in a nice place that's reasonably kid-friendly. The Peppermill is nice enough, but it's just OK for families. It is a very large, not-too-cheesy hotel with a cheery, colorful casino. It is not on the strip, a plus for us. It is not... more

First of all let me qualify my review. This was labor day weekend and just about every single property was sold out or nearly sold out. I am sure the crowds had a lot to do with the problems I will speak about. However my wife and I have our anniversary on August 30 and wanted to celebrate in Reno.... more

My husband and I travel to Reno often. We usually stay at the ElDorado downtown but it was booked. We had stayed at the Peppermill before, they had space available, so we thought that we would give it a try. I used the hotel website. Under requestes I asked for a roll in shower for a handicapped person. I also... more

Recently stayed in one of the newly remodeled Peppermill Tower rooms and I have to say they are spectacular and VERY clean and new. If you stay in the Peppermill Tower, it's a must that you get one of the new rooms, they're are like 600 done and 450 to go I think. The Tuscany Tower is also extravagant. The... more

It's been a year and a half since I last stayed at the Peppermill. That visit I was frustrated by morning construction. I was there this past weekend and guess what? They are still doing construction! I wasn't woken up at dawn this time at least, but the main pool is still closed, leaving only an overcrowded, unappealing small pool... more

Stayed two nights in Montego Bay room. Beds comfortable. Sister went into bathroom in the middle of the night and found she had company.....a good size roach was hanging out in there. Will definitely NOT stay there again! more
