What a place to build a hotel! Right next to railroad tracks with trains running throughout the night. Only stayed 2 nights - enough was enough. The hotel itself was OK and the staff were polite. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there - its just too noisy. more

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, North Las Vegas in October 2003 while attending the NHRA races at the Las Vegas Speedway (close by, about 6 miles). The place was extremely clean, had a friendly staff and lots of free parking. It's well away from the "strip" and all the congestion, located in an out of the way semi-industrial area.... more

I have never stayed at a motel or hotel for that matter that had a VERY active train track next door. We saw it--surmrised it was inactive--big surprise all night long. more
