We stay at the Cannery every year for the first round of the men's NCAA basketball tournament. We looked for years for a casino where we could comfortably watch all the games without being crowded out. The Cannery is the place. Our Host Tom Corbett takes care of us each year. The staff remembers us and treats us like long... more

My son had a football game in Las Vegas so we decided to stay the weekend. I called and a very nice lady booked the room for me and told me to insist for a top floor room on arrival. When we got there and there was no one to valet park the car I should of wondered about the... more

Our entire family stayed at this hotel during my nephew's wedding at the air force base. We are all non-smokers and didn't find the smoke to be a problem at this hotel. The food was a pretty good bargain, especially the coffee shop. We even got a free concert out our room window. It was a pretty quiet place and... more

Stayed at the Cannery July 22, 2006. Hotel/casino is located on a busy street a few blocks off I-15. Definitely must have a rental car if you are flying into Las Vegas rather than driving your own car. Free parking. Very short walk from main entrance to registration desk and hotel elevators/hallways. Friendly desk staff. My room was large, clean,... more

For 'off the strip'...the buffet was pretty good. Sign up for the slots club and you get a coupon for the buffet. We paid $3.99 each for lunch and found the quality pretty good... Casino is nice...and the cinima just opened. more

My husband and I stayed at the Cannery Casino in June of 2006. The casino has alot to offer and it is about ten miles away from The Strip. It was easy enough to drive to The Strip in Las Vegas to see the big casinos from this location in Northern Las Vegas. The Cannery has concerts on weekends with... more

I'm finishing up a two-week stay at the Cannery, traveling on Air Force business. I can tell you that this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The main problem is that even when staying in a non-smoking room, everything smells like smoke! It actually seems like smoke is blowing into your room via the A/C, straight... more

The Cannery is a new casino property in North Las Vegas. The property is very clean and maintained. Rooms are nicely decorated and very quiet. Would not hesitate to recommend. This propery however, is a long way from the strip. more

This is a great local hotel! Away from the strip, with easy freeway access, it is the perfect combination. About 20 minutes from the airport. Nice new buildings and rooms, friendly staff, make this place the obvious pick for family visitors and business travellers. more
