I only met two people from the staff and both were friendly and courteous. I booked two nights thru Expedia. I was unable to stay the second night due to unforseen committments, and a potential snow dumping storm the second night that might have closed the road to Reno, and strand me in Incline Village. I did not want to... more

The place is really not bad. Nice sized room, furnishings are a little tired, the staff seemed very nice. We stayed over Labor Day, they allowed us to stay Saturday and Sunday nights only (most places had a three night minimum) for $79 per night which is a very good price for Incline. Because it was a summer weekend they... more

I visited the Inn last week for a wedding and enjoyed everything about the Inn. Incline Village has got to be the most beatiful place around the Lake. We drove around places like Tahoe City (too crowded), King's Beach (too dirty) but Incline was just right, it was quite and clean and the Inn fits right in. The place is... more

The Inn provided a most comfortable and enjoyable stay for my family from the moment we arrived to the time that we left. The property is immaculate, the front office staff was friendly and very helpful in providing info on things to do and see while your'e on the Norh shore of Lake Tahoe. The rooms were spacious, well appointed... more

Wife and I stayed here middle of August for 3 nights. Disappointed with first room assignment and after we surveyed some rooms via the maid service we were happy with our chosen room. Only problem, it was reserved for the third night, so we had to move back to the original room that final night. In both rooms the beds... more

We were glad that we decided to stay at this property inspite of some negative reviews written here. While the property is not Luxurious, it is extremely clean and comfortable. You could spend 3 times more to stay at the Hyatt, but it's just not worth it. We recommend that you request the Mountain Theme Lodge rooms in the back.... more

The grounds are awful, the room was plain, but the customer service was TERRIBLE. We were promised a room for our 4th night.....told to call in the morning to confirm....we called in the morning....we were told to wait an hour or so.....we waited and called again..all of which took about 2 hours....we were given a room number and asked to... more

Good location. However, to save a few $ it wasn't worth the sore neck from the terrible bed. Paid 99.00/night. Room was dingy and bathroom needs an extreme makeover! No high speed internet. more

We stayed here for a weekend at $150 a night. It's definitely a two star hotel. It was a little dingy and needs updating, not great, but nothing horrific either. We should have spent twice the money to stay at a better hotel like the Hyatt. The location is good though. more

My family stayed here while on vacation. It was ok,nothing more. The room was very plain,it could stand to be remoldeled or re-decorated. It was pretty clean except for a few hairs on the bathroom floor. The indoor pool,hot-tub and sauna were pretty good. We were the only ones using them. There was no continental breakfast,it is only served on... more
