As a history buff, I've always loved traveling through Eureka, but have never before stayed overnight. I wasn't sure what to expect since the town is very small and partially in decay (great for history fans; not so great for travelers sometimes!). I shouldn't have worried -- the Best Western far exceeded my expectations. The room was large, very clean,... more

This is a nice property. It is well maintained and the rooms are modern, large and clean. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the rooms are expensive compared to other similar Best Western properties. Hotels in Ely are less expensive, too. But I have to admit, there aren't many alternatives on the "Loneliest Road in America." This was a good hotel... more

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious and the continental breakfast was was great. The description listed an outdoor swimming pool and this is not the case. There is a pool inside but it is actually a spa/hot tub set at a temperature of 102 degrees. It was nice but not very appealing for a hot summer day when... more

Decided to try "The Loneliest Road in America" on our way to San Francisco this summer. Picked Eureka as a midpoint from Denver and found a nice, quiet, friendly atmosphere at the Best Western hotel. Had a good meal at the Owl Club on the recommendation of the hotel clerk, though the service was extremely slow due to the fact... more

Pleasant place. Current price is actually $96, not $76. There is a small heated pool and a weight room. The breakfast is the usual. Room was clean and everything worked properly. They have wireless internet, but there's only one transmitter and it doesn't reach the majority of the rooms. I would stay again, but if you're travelling through this one... more

The hotel has a great spread for breakfast. This is my second time staying here and you will not leave full in the morning. I also recommend the Chinaman restauarant. Pretty decent Chinese food. The loaded cheeseburger is pretty fantastic for a greasy diner burger, more

The Best Western chain ended up being the totallity of our vacation stays from CA, NV., to WY., to KS. back through Colorado, where all our reservations were made. I have to say that the Best Western in Eureka, NV was the nicest one that we stayed at. Arriving close to sunset, most of the local shops were closed or... more

I go to Eureka every year and have stayed at the Best Western Eureka since it was opened. I love the property and the staff is very accomodatiing. For the same price you can stay in the historically restored Jackson House which the hotel runs. Overall, a great place to stay! more

We were delighted with our stay at the Best Western Eureka Inn. The rooms were surprisingly large, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was a plus. more

We were very pleasantly surprised with the amenities, staff and rooms at this hotel. Rooms were spacious, breakfast was good, and we were directed to a nice little cafe down the street for dinner. If in the unlikely event that we are back in this part of the world we would definitely stay here again. more
