When you go to East Glacier Park, MT., you go usually for one thing. Hiking! and when you choose a place to stay, you do so because it has a clean room and a comfortable bed. After all, the sun is out in the summer until about 9.30 and rises at 5.30. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect... more

We stayed in one of their cabins for two days and nights while visiting Glacier National Park. Their location is good if you are seeing the Many Glacier, East Glacier or Two Medicine areas of the park, or locations to the east such as Browning. The cabins were built by the owner and you are greeted by him and his... more

I happened upon Traveler's Rest Lodge by chance last week at the end of a long day. Fortunately, a room was available. The owner (I presume) told me it was the "best place in town". I'm the skeptical sort, so I took the comment with a grain of salt. Upon entering the cabin, I fast came to the conclusion that... more

We stayed two nights at Travelers Rest Lodge while visiting Glacier National Park this month. I had researched various properties available and was very pleased with my choice. The cabins are new (I believe this is their second season), log cabin-style, very attractive and comfortable and quite reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the furnishings and... more

My husband and I stayed at the Travelers Rest for 2 nights in September. I had booked the stay after seeing their website and finding the price to be very affordable. We were very surprised when we got to the Travelers Rest. The cabins were new, spacious and very nicely decorated with an outdoor theme. They had 2 queen size... more

The owners were very friendly. They suggested trails in East Glacier Park. The cabin was newer and very large. It had two comfy beds, kitchen with utensils, and spacious washroom. The porch faced the mountains, but was close to U.S 2 (main road). Would stay there again. more

This cabin was gorgeous, with all sorts of elk horn and big chairs by a fire. The views surrounding are of the mountains of Glacier National Park and it is right across from an Exxon station/food mart for all needs (including internet). No television or phone in the cabins so bring your board games or cards! The owner was really... more
