Beware of this hotel. It looks great on the internet, but it is not great. The Lobby looks really nice, but when we got to our room, it was very HOT. The air was not working, there were stains all over the floor, there was hair in the bathtub and the room had a musky smell. We called to complain... more

This was our 2nd trip to "The Plaza" and thought we would like a hotel with a "plaza view". If that is what you are looking for pick another hotel. Our "plaza view" consisted of us overlooking an alley with an overflowing dumpster. We could see the roof tops of the Plaza.. thats it.. That was not the worst thing.... more
