Only stayed here one night but was pleased with the experience. Check in was very smooth and the front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. I had requested king-bed, high floor, overlooking downtown after I made the reservation and was given exactly what I requested. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk wanted us to use the online computers to check in which made my computer illiterate husband very upset. He went to the counter anyway.
