This hotel is OK - neither good nor bad. However, an airport hotel which advertises a shuttle service should be able to pick up passengers promptly, and this hotel failed abysmally on that. We just stayed at this hotel for 4 days last week. It is in an excellent location near the Mall of America and easy access to the freeway so the zoo and anything else you want to see is quick to get to. One note it is a little hard to find the first time and the instructions that came... more

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express for three nights and would recommend this property. This hotel was close to everything that we wanted to do such as the Mall of America, the MN Zoo, and the Science Museum. The rooms were very nice and the microwave and frig was a nice touch. Every hotel can have something wrong about it. This one did not have that. After reading the reviews I thought this hotel was a good deal. But they didn't do anything to "wow" me while we were there. There is, apparently, no free breakfast anymore - you have to go into the restaurant. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express/Mall of America in Bloomington MN. I suspect there is some kind of restrictive sign ordinance because the building is not well labelled - but once we found it, we were satisfied with our stay. This is a business travellers' hotel so the room size, with two queen beds, did seem a bit cramped... more

As a school trip, we stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Bloomington, we were very impressed. The room on the 3rd to the top floor were big, but those of my friends staying by the pool on the main floor were all very squished. If you go to this hotel, i recommend asking for a room on the 6th floor.... more

A nice place to stay on our recent trip to the Mall of America. The room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating.the workout room is open 24hrs with room key, it had two treadmills, two stairmasters and some free weights and a bike.The pool and whirlpool were clean . They also have a room next to the front desk... more

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a comfy bed made for a great stay. It is a convenient location and has a delicious breakfast. We were greatly pleased. more
