I have stayed at this hotel several times and although housekeeping and front desk are good. I found the management disorganized in helping prepare business meetings a disaster! You meet the sales person and discuss what the needs of your comapny are before agreeing on a booking and she seem very helpful and said they will take care of everything.... more

This hotel is very professional and makes sure the customer is satisfied. Then rooms and baths are clean and the location is central to Troy and the area. Front desk help is ready to serve promptly. Resteraunt on site are nice and a big breakfast is available. I wouldn't hesitate to return here at all. more

Stayed at this hotel during a business trip - kind of out of the way to reach the hotel (next to Fwy 75). Room was decent and clean. Bathroom and bed were clean. Would stay there again. more
