Upon arriving into the room and entering the bathroom - dirty underwear was found. After that nasty experience, we checked the beds that were not changed and hair and skin flakes were found in the bed - the tube wasn't cleaned. Very nice, polite and welcoming front desk staff. The restaurant is excellent with good service. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was fairly standard size but well-appointed and clean. There are two computers with free internet in the lobby and ethernet cables in the room. There is a shuttle to the airport which is free. Swimming pool is small... more

We recently traveled to Lansing to attend the OM Competition - we were there a total of four nights and stayed on the Club Floor. Everyone was extremely helpful and the room was very large and clean. Beds were awesome. Thanks to everyone at the Sheraton for making our stay so great! more

Our group stayed here for a competition that was held on MSU's campus. The location was conveniant. The hotel could not have been nicer. They have a beautiful pool and indoor basketball court. A huge plus was the nice sitting area around the pool. Beds were fantastic (as all Sheratons) and the room was a perfect size. more
