For the past 5 years, I've stayed at this hotel many times. After my visit last week, I have concluded that this hotel no longer lives up to the hype and standards I expect from the Westin chain. First, do not pay full price for this hotel. It is NOT worth a penny over $150.00 USD BEWARE...They now have chosen... more

Not a bad option for the metro west area. Property is located right off the highway although this exit is a mess with a lingering construction project going on. The parking gargage can be a tight squeeze. The indoor pool area was crowded and basic. The room itself was nice and roomy. The lobby area is attractive and has a... more

I booked this on hotwire and paid only $99. Thank goodness, if i had paid full price for this hotel I would have been sadly disappointed. The front desk staff were snooty to say the least, and not helpful. Luckily we met a very nice bellboy when we first arrived to counterbalance the front desk staff. He was excellent. I... more

I am originally from the area and needed a place to stay while visiting relatives. (My brother's house is FULL of children, so I needed a quiet alternative) The Westin worked out quite well. Being so close to the highway, I was able to quickly get to both Concord and Wellesley, my frequent destinations. My room was just fine -... more

As a Platinum Preferred Guest, I stay at lots of Westin and Sheraton hotels. This one is average for a Westin. It is right on Rte. 128 so easy to get to. There is a parking garage for self-parking at $9/night. Hotel pool is tiny and weight room is small, but it does have televisions. The view from the hotel... more

I stayed here for 4 nights recently - the hotel is close to the office and was recommended as one of the "better" hotels nearby. On the surface this hotel is like any other Westin property but it falls short in a number of areas. Firstly the staff at check in are rude and not very helpful. Secondly the food... more

We stayed June 13th and 14th 2008. The first thing we noticed was how huge and modern the all glass structure is. We were told Westin purchased the building about 5 years ago. We had to pay $9 per day to park in the garage as there is really no alternative or nearby free parking. The rooms are very modern... more

I just cannot believe how reviews can be on such ultimate opposite streams of expression!!! I am so glad I didn't pay attention to all the negativity of some of these posts!!! I've travelled world-wide and have a lot of experiences in which to compare my stay at the Westin, and I can tell you, that the ones that rated... more

I recently stayed at the Westin Waltham and really enjoyed it. As my friend dropped me off in front of the hotel, we were extremely impressed by the beautiful lobby with sweeping views of the area through floor-to-ceiling windows. (The hotel lies on top of a large hill, so the view is great.) Upon entering the hotel, you are greeted... more

I came along on this trip as my husband had a conference here. I think we paid $160 a night (which was reimbursed but for my own money I would never pay this - OR stay here!!!) We stayed 2 nights. The hotel looks neat from the outside. But - the inside, we were on floor 7, the floor smells... more
