I made a mistake with this booking as I thought I had upgraded to a deluxe room. When I found we have been given a very small room in neither the manse nor the Abbey but in a third building called the Village Inn, I studied my paperwork. I then realised a deluxe room seems to be the standard one.... more

I really don’t understand the raving reviews on this B&B – I’m not saying it is bad but it is certainly not as fantastic as the reviews suggest. This inn and restaurant is located in an old Catholic church. The owner has done a beautiful job making it into a cozy inn and restaurant. Atmosphere abounds, all the people who helped us were friendly but not intrusive, and the food was exceptional. I would highly recommend this inn and restaurant to anyone within driving distance of Sandwich, MA. more
