We were in P-Town looking at properties to buy. We have postponed the purchase because staying at the Inn at Cook Street has too may good features to ignore. The place is immaculate. From the moment we step over the threshold, we feel at "home". The Inn Keepers, Doreen and Lisa are wonderful hostesses. They are open and honest. They... more

Although it was a short stay, we had the most relaxing and enjoyable time! Our every need was met! The food was delicious and the hospitality was beyond our expectations! Thank you so very much Doreen and Lisa! We can't wait to come back! xo more

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Provincetown. The Inn at Cook Street was clean, comfortable and a perfect location for a little peace and quiet. We found the service was exceptional and everyone at Cook Street was attentive and friendly. This is our second stay at The Inn at Cook Street and we'll never... more

We picked up a flyer for the Inn while visiting Provincetown in 2006. We rode by on our bikes, checked out the website, and called directly to make a reservation for 2007. When life threw us a curve with a family illness, Lisa and Doreen worked with us and graciously offered the option of moving the reservation to 2008. It... more

I have been visiting PTown for more than 25 years now and until discovering the Inn at Cook Street 2 years ago I have never been so overwhelmingly loyal to any one place over another beyond a casual preference. Now I plan my trips to Provincetown around availability of my preferred rooms at Cook Street. I love the meticulous quality... more

We stayed at the Inn at Cook Street for three nights in September 2008. The Inn is run by Lisa and Doreen, both of whom are great hosts. Lisa welcomed us and showed us the facilities, a lounge and kitchen where she leaves out goodies to nibble on in the day , coffee machine that grinds and prepares your drink... more

The Inn at Cook Street provides the most comfortable stay in Provincetown! Having stayed at the Inn for the last 3 years, We decided to stay in the 'Retreat' for our honeymoon, a lovely, very private, quiet room, with a large deck surrounded by trees. Even during carnival week, this early to bed person was able to enjoy a peaceful... more

The Inn on Cook Street is located just off of Commercial Street and a few blocks from the warf. Nice small house with the look of a B&B with the privacy of a small hotel. Our room, Garden Suite, was nicely decorated and clean. Even with our room right on the street we had no issue with noise. Parking is... more

My partner and I had just lost our 5 year old daughter this summer. We had taken some time off work and wanted to get away and out of the house with all the memories of our loss that were still so fresh. We were looking for a place we could be ourselves and heal. We chose The Inn at... more

The Inn at Cook Street was fabulous on most accounts. Clean, quiet, near town but not in the crazy bustle, friendly owners and guests. I would highly recommend this inn. The ONLY complaint that I would have is that for the price, the breakfasts were not nearly as good as I have had at many other Inns/B&B's. It was more... more
