I called this inn today because I plan to attend a wedding in a couple of weeks in Gloucester. When I told the owner that my two married sisters might also want rooms, I got the opposite reaction than I had expected: she said that she was not sure if she would accept my reservation and insisted that I should... more

My wife, twins, and I were coming in for a wedding and were booked at the Cape Ann Motor Inn. This was one of three choices given in the "wedding weekend invitation packet" received earlier in the year. We booked it since one property didn't answer (off season) and another had a three-night minimum. The day before our departure we... more

We stayed here for a night in June and enjoyed it greatly. It's a well renovated place with all the nice historic details. You can get a good impression of the place by checking their website. The photos you find online accurately characterise the place. You can get very good deals for the place on the internet. And the rooms... more

My friend and I wanted a weekend away at the ocean and were very pleased to find this excellent accommodation. The house is beautiful, Susan the owner, is friendly and charming and the location couldn't be better. The whole place is homey, cheerful and impeccably clean. When I called to make the reservation, Susan was very clear in her directions... more

I stayed for 2 nights at the Julietta House and was appalled by the lack of security. When I walked up to the door, after passing by the overgrown, weed-filled lawn, there was a note posted that stated if you had a reservation to look in the fishing basket on the porch. Inside was my registration envelope and room key.... more

Last year We had a terrible time during July and August due to a civil trial with next door developer. It really distracted me for a while. My garden was an unweeded mess. But,we are back better than ever. The Grounds look great. Ping is still taking wonderful care of the house. The sheets are still as soft as ever....

I have been back to the Julietta House twice this year already. This is one great B&B with the most comfortable beds you'll ever sleep on. I was never a fan of the B&B experience until I stayed here. The Julietta House is very homey, relaxing and comforting (and CLEAN). There is so much to do and see within close... more

I positivly loved my stay at Julietta House. The entire home is decorated with such a comfortable elegance that you feel relaxed as soon as you enter the front door. In my room, The Clock Tower, the oversized bed was so comfortable and the furnishings so nicely done. The private bath was impeccably clean and new. I will stay again... more
