Been going to the Carousel for a several years (approx. 20 yrs) and there are 2 parts to it. There is the Hotel portion which I believe occupies the 2nd to 5th floors. This hotel has CRAPPY customer service, both on the phone and in person. The rooms are OK but for the price you pay, it's totally NOT worth it!
