The first room that we checked in was damp and smelled like mildew. we walked out and got a different room, it was dirty and worn out (lipstick on the pillowcase food in the pullout).Locks on the exterior doors were not operational. No security! Happy Hour that was advertised was not available nor was the breakfast buffet.Hotel was located next... more

I enjoyed my weekend stay on June 13th and 14th. The room was clean and moderately spacious for 3 adults and not far from shopping and entertainment. The exterior looks a little dated and the side exit was less than secure. We were able to re-enter the hotel without having to use the key card, day and night, even though... more

As an employee of Intercontinental Hotels, I was expecting a nice and quiet hotel. The pool was dirty, the lifeguard seemed under the influence of something, the elevators were broken, and the police were called numerous times. The last thing you want to see in the parking lot of the hotel you are staying in is police! I will NEVER... more

We found this hotel to be a little on the old side. It definitely could use some updating. When we arrived, the power had been out for several hours and the elevator did not work. Generally, the room was clean, but had quite a bit of wear and tear. The staff at the desk was very helpful. Access to the... more

Ok.....so after booking on hotwire, I checked out the reviews for this hotel and was somewhat worried about staying there. I have to say, I don't know what all the fuss is about. The hotel is a nice hotel, the rooms are clean, the furniture is not old and the hotel is certainly not in a bad neighborhood!! Being a... more

I regularly stay at Holiday Inns and other hotels in the Holiday Inn chain. This is the worst that I've seen. I checked out the next day. It was so bad, I knew I had to make a list for my TripAdvisor review. Here it is: -- Musty smell in room. Dim lights. Carpet was visibly worn and had a... more

It’s your typical Holiday Inn. Nothing special a decent room that was refurbished in 2006. The doors were repainted but the hinges showed signs of rust. Bathroom cleaned but not really if you look under the rim of the sink and the corners of the baseboard. The room 117 smelled a little musty but after running the air conditioner that... more

Upon checking in and going to our rooms Sat. morning at 2 a.m., my friends encountered unclean sheets in their room and our room smelled like a wet dog! Clean sheets were brought to our friends room (they had to remake the bed). I told the desk person about the smell in our room. Even though we both are priority... more

I stayed at the hotel because I attended a conference that was held there. When I checked in, I was told that the non-smoking room that I had reserved was not available. The only thing available was smoking. The gentleman at the desk attempted to also charge me more than the amount on my confirmation reservation. His attempt to make... more

The room wasn't as bad as the rest of the hotel, but not much better. The lobby wreaked of cigarette smoke. I wouldn't be surprised if the place had great hourly rates for illegal activity in the daytime. The hallways all wreaked of alcohol. Once you found the elevators they smelled like the combo of alcohol and smoke. The room... more
