Great location with tons of restaurants in walking distance. Movie theater is just around the corner with all the major titles. Metro was a huge bonus right next to the hotel. Park the car and head out on foot to avoid the headache of driving. Parking was $15 per 24 hour, but their was tons of street parking for a... more

We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us at Hyatt Regency Bethesda. However, we apologize that you were unhappy with our non-fitted sheets. It is a standard practice in the hotel industry not to use fitted sheets as constant washing of fitted sheets wears the elastic quickly. You will find that most major chain hotels rarely will use...

I have now stayed at this hotel 3 times for business meetings, and overall the hotel is pretty good. I have had rooms on several floors (3, 5, 6) and I can always hear noise from the courtyard/lobby area below. I'm not particularly bothered by it, but it is worth noting. Also, though the beds are comfortable and I like... more

The Hyatt Bethesda was an excellent choice for my trip to D.C.The hotel is at the Bethesda Metro Stop.Could not be any closer.Everything went fine,I did not spend much time there spending two days of sightseeing, plus two Cub games at the new National's ballpark. The Hotel is about a 20 minute ride toD.C.,about 40 minutes to the Navy Yard stop... more

I was pleasently surprised with my stay. I was there for business and had no issues. My room was very clean and did not have any issues with the room/carpet/furniture being worn out. Maid service was good each day. The restaurant at the hotel was also very nice. You are in walking distance of many really nice dining options as... more

Just an OK stay over the weekend for some R&R for a family of 3 with young child. Pros: If you like good dining this is a good place because of its downtown Bethesda location...many fine dining options within walking distance. Also metro station is literally outside the front door. Pool/jacuzzi is nice. Safe, affluent neighborhood. Cons: The rooms are... more

My family came to visit again and I decided they should stay at the Hyatt in Bethesda.(once again) I wonder how many people know how close to DC this Hotel is. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. The metro is right under the hotel, so you really dont need a car to get around, that is big savings right there. My mom loves... more

Overview: My wife and I have stayed in a number of hotels in and about the DC area during the last couple of years (nine so far in 2007). On this weekend visit (October 26 - 28, 2007) to the Washington area we decided to stay in Bethesda as my wife wanted to do some shopping in the area as... more

My partner had a conference for the NIH at the hotel. After having a problem staying in DC the night before the conference and finding the morning commute longer than expected we decided to stay here for a night. I checked in at the front desk and Walter was very helpful with check-in Although the rate of $229 was not... more
