I contacted the hotel by mail, and although they acknowleged I was upset, they made no apolgy. Where to start! The headboard had been removed from the bed and the holes were still in the wall where it had been affixed. Spent one night at this motel because we couldn't find anything else in Portland, being arrived late at night. Stayed in what supposedly should had been a "Suite".
