The Gorges Grant was very clean with nicely manicured grounds. The pressure in the shower was unbelievably excellent! This small feature made a huge difference. A Comfortable, moderately priced hotel, with very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. It also has an indoor pool and exercise room. These are welcome features for a winter get away weekend in Maine. We decided to upgrade to a premium room, because the added cost to do so is not bad during the off season. more

Yes, it is everything you could want for cost and comfort. Very clean! I do not know how old the facility is, but it is maintained like it was built 3 months ago.
