From the outside, this hotel doesn't look terribly special. Don't let that fool you. The rooms were recently updated, and were the freshest and cleanest of any Econo Lodge rooms I've seen. I was a bit worried when the only rooms available for my friend's wedding in Freeport was at the Econolodge. Turns out I had nothing to be worried about! I had a great stay at this hotel. It had a good rate compared to the other hotels in town and it was very clean. I think they renovated recently. Everyone we met on the staff was very nice. I highly recommend this place. more

I was pleasantly surprised. Sometimes budget hotels can be iffy but this place was very clean and in good shape. The bed was really comfortable. It was definitely a good value for the money and the staff was great. I will definitely stay there on my next trip. more

Kudos to the management team at the Econolodge in Freeport for making my recent stay just perfect!
