Nice place overall. Rooms are decent size, quiet, but standard motel decor is hard to tolerate after a few days. Good water pressure. Very comfortable bed. Common areas are well-maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is free WIRED Internet access, and no wireless at all. more

We had a two bedroom suite at the Residence Inn in Metairie. The room was very clean, the front desk went out of their way to be helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of free parking, very close to the French Quarter. The only "complaint" was that the sofa bed was terrible (as sofa beds always are).... more
