Decent hotel for business travellers. The rooms are looking old though. Nevertheless they were clean although there was no free internet. The room service was average quality at best. The gym was also average. more

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The staff at the reception was very helpful and the room was good. What we were annoyed at was that you had to pay for the internet, you would expect that would be included at such a rate because it is not a cheap hotel. We booked a stay with breakfast. Bad... more

Would not recomend staying there - rooms are not cleaned properly - waste food is left in the hallway - checked out early as did not feel it was worth the money charged more

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Lafayette for just one night. We were exploring the Cajun Country and needed a place to stay before early morning departure home. I booked this hotel on-line for under $90. The hotel is located on West Pinhook road within easy reach of I-10 and I-49. We never been to the area before,... more

Well, We had our conference in the Hilton, and it was very successful. The conference staff worked with us and the banquet staff and maintenance staff were very helpful. As an example, when a screw came out of our projector screen, the maintenance team came up to the banquet area within 10 minutes at 10 pm to find a screw... more

We spent one night at the Hilton Lafayette Towers over the weekend. It was our first time staying at the hotel. It's not the Ritz, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth. I like the updated look of the lobby. We were in room 1420 which over looks the parking lot. Which was fine too.... more

We stayed at the Hilton Towers for a week over Christmas while visiting family and had an excellent stay. The front desk manager (Rebecca?) was incredibly helpful and ensured that we had both a crib and mini-fridge placed in our room when we arrived. Check-in was immediate. The lobby and common areas look great post-renovation. We had a room with... more

The Hilton Lafayette & Towers is a good place to stay. The room was clean and the front desk staff was great. The bell man, however, left a lot to be desired. Seemed as though he was being inconvenienced and didn't offer to open the front door for guests with luggage (stayed behind the front desk talking to the staff).... more

We stayed at the Hilton Lafayette for two nights. The room was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. We are Hilton Gold Card members and were supposed to be able to access the executive lounge which was closed during Thanksgiving. We were given tickets for buffet breakfast at Alexanders near the hotel lobby. The lobby is spacious and comfortable. Our son... more

Very nice hotel. I stayed here for a conference and enjoyed the stay. Everything was relaxing and clean. The view from my third floor room was very nice. From my room I could hear the wonderful cajun music being played by a local artist by the pool area. Check in and check out were very easy. Great stay! Only problem... more
