I am a Hilton Diamond Club VIP. I used Reward Points to book my stay. On check out, there was a charge for my room even though I had already turned in the Reward Certificate on check in. After a frightening experience at the Days Inn only two exits away, we decided to move camp and get a few rooms at the new Hampton Inn. What a WONDERFUL hotel.
