Although management is very kind and polite, the hotel itself is completely disgusting. My personal advice would be that if you pass a dumpster in an alley along the way to the Imperial Motel, stop and stay there. It will most likely be cleanlier, and housing a lot less cockroaches then the hotel. My opinion is that "Joe's Apartment" has... more
