We stayed at the Best Value Inn in Urbana on a Friday night. It was $70 for that night and my husband and I were so disappointed. It was dirty, dingy, no hot water for our showers and the air conditioner sounded like a small plane in our room. The sheets were dirty and the bed comforter was even worse.... more
