I stayed for 2 nights at the end of September 2008, I was there for a training session. I found the hotel to be beautiful and very clean. ALL the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport was fast, and again the driver very helpful and... more

I would never stay here if I was paying the bill. I stayed for 3 days to attend a conference. The room was small, but comfortable even though the bed sheets were rather worn. The bathroom was cramped and the decor was dated. My employer paid $200++ per night, and I don't think that price provided any value for the... more

I stayed at the Hyatt for a work conference for 3 days. The hotel itself is directly next to O'Hare (within 3 miles). It's within walking distance to the train and to the bus. The property is MASSIVE with plenty of room for everyone. Our conference had over 1,000 people in attendance, and there was also another gathering which seemed... more

I was essentially going to Chicago for a beer run, to load up my car with Fat Tire beer, which we don't have in Cleveland. I also had a friend I wanted to visit with. So I went to Priceline, bid $55 for a 4-star-level hotel, and voila, my bid for a Sunday night stay was accepted. A couple of... more

Stayed at the Hyatt a few days ago. Took a voluntary bump from the airline to leave the next day and was provided a room here. There are rooms that face the atrium and then corner rooms in a circular pattern around a tower in each of the 4 corners. I had one of the corner rooms. Room was quite... more

We stayed here one night after a 19+ hour trip from overseas, just to recoup, gather our senses, and prepare for more traveling the next day. The room was small, but there was enough space for the crib they had provided (booked ahead). A nice touch was a box of sample baby shampoos, powders, etc. and a blanket for the... more

We were here for a weekend seminar and took advantage of the reduced rate to stay on for the week - in hindsight I wish we'd changed hotels. 3rd floor room main building: The staff were usually great and always polite and the room was certainly above average in space and amenities but as other's have mentioned, beware the extras... more

Due to flight complication we needed to stay a night in Chicago near the airport. We have stayed at other Hyatt Hotels before but this time it was a nightmare. If you want to stay there be sure to find out what kind of convention is going on. This time it had something to do with Pokemon gaming and all... more

I stayed here for a conference that was being held at the adjacent convention center. While the hotel IS "connected" to the Donald Stephens Rosemont Convention Center, its a long winding skywalk and there are closer hotels located across the street to the convention center. The hotel is obviously the choice for 1) travelers (airport nearby, airplanes flying right over... more

We had a conference here in July 2007, so stayed here as well, since it is kinda far from a large selection of other hotels. They have a shuttle from O'hare, appropriately enough. The hotel looks to be about 30 years old, but has been completely redone in a very post modern style. The lobby is a full-height-job with rooms... more
