We were a family traveling with a dog and that scenario narrows hotel selection a bit. We were tired of driving and saw they took pets. Back in the day it looked to have been a nice hotel but it looked as if no remodels have occurred since. Our room was on the ground floor and we had a sliding... more

Rooms were old and walls cracked, bathroom from the 70's, dirty and dark room, hotel was in very unclean, night clerk was very very rude and unhelpful, did not have a rollaway, did not have an extra pillow, only 2 towels in the room, exersise room had 3 pieces of equiptment (looked like they were bought at walmart). Breakfast was... more

Depressing rooms and the hallways were depressing. Smoke and stale oders in hallway of the non-smoking part. I was double billed and am still trying to recover my funds. more

As a frequent traveler this Ramada was very nice. The rooms were clean - comfortable, The Contenental Breakfast was better than most but would have prefered the resturant be open and I would have paid for a full breakfast. The Resturant had pretty good food for Lunch / Dinner. The Staff was GREAT - Front desk , Resturant , Hou8sekeeping... more

We had previously stayed at the Ramada Inn, and chose to do so recently while traveling through. I soon found myself very displeased with the conduct of the clerk that was helping us to check in. We soon found ourselves in a unwarranted situation involving us as the guests and the front desk clerk. Trying very hard to remedy the... more

My wife and kids stayed here while on our way to Yellowstone. The room was great! According to the front desk agent, who was very friendly, all of the mattresses were replaced this year...one of the best nights sleep I've ever had! Bathroom had the curved shower rods, complimentary coffee, shoe mitt, etc...all the things you'd expect in a nice... more

This place is BAD! They tell you in the room that they have "High speed internet", but it does not work in the rooms. You have to go to the front desk to use it, and it does not stay connected. On the sign by the road, it says new beds, which may be true, but the pillows are not.... more

Don't waste your money on the Ramada in Pocatello. For $10 more you can stay at a hotel on Pocatello Creek Road. We had to pass through Pocatello twice within one month. Our first stay was at the Ramada. The bed was awful and saggy. The hallways smelled like stale beer and cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking part... more

One word review, Depressing! Room on the first floor facing parking lot and all I got were blackout curtains. That meant that if I wanted privacy in the middle of the day, I had to turn my room into midnight. How about some thin, white obscurity curtains. Something that would let the light in but give me some privacy. And... more

As an experienced traveller, I sugest that you don't stay here. Rooms are terrible. Very dirty and not a lot of class. Hallways are very dirty and doors have lots of dents and cracks. Pool was cold but was okay. The only nice thing about it was the breakfast. Nice cooked to order breakfast. But, unlike some places, you have... more
