Like a previous reviewer I was referred to the Clarion Inn (previously Park Inn) by all of the positive feedback the hotel received by TripAdvisor posters. Unfortunately, we were sorely disappointed upon arrival. At most, the Clarion Inn is a glorified roadside motel. At worst, it is a poorly, shabbily 'remodeled' motor-inn. The pictures on the site aren't true to... more

The Park Inn was not a name I'd heard before, until it came up on TripAdvisor. My family of four was planning a visit to the Georgia Coast - St. Simons & Jekyll Island- and our budget was tight, since staying on one of the islands will cost 20% more at least. We stayed for 3 nights. The Park Inn... more

My husband and I traveled to brunswick taking my brother for eye surgery. We booked 2 connecting rooms. Both rooms had king beds, desk, refrigerator, hairdryer, coffeemaker. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bed linens were soft and bed was comfortable to sleep on. Both desk clerks we dealt with were most helpful and friendly. The ice machine was... more

My husband & I went to the Park Inn for a much needed vacation & also for an anniversary getaway! I have two small dogs(that travel with us), so the first thing that I always check for in a motel is the restrictions for pets & the pet fee! The Park Inn seemed to be very satisfactory on both issues!... more

I booked this based on TripAdvisor reviews and was not disappointed. It looks a bit more placid in the pictures here and on the Park Inn's website, but the location was great. We were not bothered by road noise and liked being able to back our car up nearly to the door of our room. The room itself was clean,... more

This is a traditional American two-storey hotel with outside corridors - not surprising really when you consider it used to be a Holiday Inn. It has been totally refurbished inside and out, not with the usual careful bland colours, but with style and panache (though not everyone will like it). The lobby/bar area is dark blue, orange, lime green and... more

We were refered here by the local Hampton which was booked. Never heard of Park Inn before and frankly I was suspicious but we will likely stay in others based on our experience there. The rooms were large and clean and fairly priced. Staff was indifferent but than again I wasn't looking to make new friends. Continental breakfast a little... more

This Park Inn was formaly a Holiday inn. I had stayed at the Holiday Inn several times and had terrible experiances, no wonder its a Park Inn Now. I have also stayed at the Park Inn a couple times and it is such a wonderfull change since the Holiday Inn. It was re-modeled last year and the rooms are very... more

We recently made reservations at the Park Inn Brunswick after reading good reviews on TripAdvisor, but be forewarned, it's not as nice as the reviews make it appear. The first room we checked into smelled like body odor and had a specialized electronic fan the staff was using to remove the odor sitting on the floor. The brand name of... more

We always book directly with the hotel to ensure that pets are welcome and to check on the pet fees. We ended up paying $74 (the internet rate) for this hotel with an additional pet fee of $25 for our two dogs . In our opinion, it was money well spent. The hotel is a cut above most of the... more
