The location is great for Winter Park. That is the good news. Problem with this place is the smell of stale cigarettes, urine in the carpet and very, very old and uncomfortable mattresses. Long story short. Dirty hotel with loud guests, squashed dead roach on my pillow when I pulled back the comforter. Nice staff, they refunded our money and we went elsewhere. Never slept in room but it was dark and dingy. more
