As a Hilton Honors member who frequents hilton properties, the only thing I was impressed with was the newness of the property. The property is misleading from the outside, but the inside is quite nice. However, the staff did not seem properly trained. This is a brand new hotel and a GREAT place to stay. We were there for only one night for a wedding and were sorry we could not stay longer. I showed up needing a hotel due to problems with my airline, the staff was courtious and gave me a great rate for the night! The rooms are clean, well decorated, and had a very comfortable bed. Not the most luxious hotel in West Palm, but for the price it was really a great value. more

Stayed at the Garden Inn for only one night shortly after its opening. The hotel is very tastefully decorated and our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Close to the airport and to the beaches. We would definetely return. more
